This is a profound guided experience where, through a series of questions, what you want next comes into full and clear view.

STARTS WITH GUIDED MEDITATION and YOGA

Your vision day starts with light yoga stretches and gentle aromatherapy which sets the stage for your journey.  After a brief orientation, you will be interviewed with state of the art Lights-On Learning™ technique.

Shelley will lead you through a series of questions and follow the energetic signals and vitality clues that your face will give when discussing what brings you joy, what “lights you up”.  The process takes between one and two hours, in which time your vision for what’s next in your life comes alive – we will see where you are the most energized and what truly inspires you.

LINGER IN WHAT YOU TRULY WANT

This profound creative journey allows you to linger in what you truly want and gives you permission to connect with what you love to do.  From here, the rest of the day includes vision mapping, action plans and learning signature tools to get your vision off the ground.

COACHING INCLUDED

Included in this revitalizing package are:

• Two one-on-one follow up coaching sessions (to be taken within 4 weeks) to ensure your sustained focus and keep you moving forward with clarity.
• Detailed handouts on the tools you’ve learned
